Curlew has purchased Poland House and the adjacent land parcel in Stratford, East London. Poland House is an existing 100 bed PBSA scheme, currently operated by Homes For Students.
Along with the adjacent land, the combined site offers significant redevelopment potential for Curlew's expanding development strategy.
