This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on curlewcapital.co.uk, including any related mobile site or application, together the "Site". It sets out what each type of cookie does and how you control them.

The Site is operated by Curlew Capital Ltd, which is the controller for personal data collected through the Site. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal data once it has been collected. The two should be read together.

WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies set by us, or by a service provider acting on our behalf, are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another organisation through the Site are third-party cookies.

HOW WE ASK FOR YOUR CONSENT

WHO SETS THESE COOKIES AND HOW LONG THEY LAST

The Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. Wix sets the essential cookies on our behalf, as our service provider. They cover session management, security, fraud and attack detection, page rendering, error logging, page testing, and recording the cookie choices you make. Some last only for the length of your visit. Others remain on your device for a longer period.

Analytics, functional and marketing cookies are set only where you have turned on the matching category and saved your choice. Some of these may be set by other organisations acting as our service providers, and may remain on your device for longer than a single visit.

OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

CHANGING YOUR CHOICES
