16-18 Potterrow, Edinburgh takes GOLD in 2025

Curlew Capital is delighted to announce that one of our assets has won a London Design Awards 2025 Gold Award. 16-18 Potterrow, Edinburgh has been acknowledged by design leaders and peers keen to spotlight inclusive projects of sustainability, excellence, great design and innovation.

With its central location, enviable views, bespoke en suite pods and fantastic onsite facilities, 16-18 Potterrow impressed a panel of over 200 design experts at the BETTER FUTURE ceremony this year. Potterrow is part of the PBSA asset portfolio acquired by Aviva Investors and is a compelling example of Curlew Capital’s impressive portfolio of high-quality student accommodation. 

BETTER FUTURE is responsible for the annual Design Awards in New York, Berlin, Paris, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Shanghai and of course, London. It is fantastic to receive such recognition from a global panel and we would like to extend our congratulations and thanks to the whole project team, Jasper Sanders + Partners and everyone involved in bringing this innovative and stylish PBSA to the heart of Edinburgh’s university experience.
