Curlew Makes New Hires

Curlew has made three new UK hires to expand its offering:

Charlie Oliver MRICS

Acquisitions Director

Charlie joins Curlew as Acquisitions Director across the Curlew Capital and Communities teams.

Charlie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years’ experience in Real Estate, the majority of which has been focused on the UK Residential sector, more recently specialising in Residential Capital Markets at JLL since 2016 and prior to that BNP Paribas Real Estate.

He has been involved in over £675m of Residential land, forward commitment and investment transactions, covering a broad range of schemes totalling over 2,800 units across the UK.

Greg Fox

Development Manager

Greg joins Curlew as a Development Manager in the Curlew Opportunities team.

Greg previously worked for Brookfield Multiplex on a number of high-profile schemes including One Blackfriars. Prior to this, he worked on two large scale PBSA schemes delivering over 1000 beds.

He graduated from the University Reading with a degree in Construction Management and Surveying.

Matt Pyne

Investment Analyst

Matthew joins Curlew as an Investment Analyst assisting with investment, forward funding and development deals by analysing data, and undertaking market due diligence.

Prior to this, he was a data analyst for the CBRE Student Accommodation valuation team where he was responsible for all data related enquiries.

He also graduated from the University of Reading with a masters degree in Real Estate.
