The Lantern in Liverpool city centre has won the 2021 Property Week Student Accommodation award for Best Halls of Residence. The building, operated by Fresh Student Living, achieved very high ratings in all 10 of the criteria in the Global Student Living Index 2021, including a 98% rating for quality of accommodation, 98% for bedroom space, and 98% for value for money.
