Curlew’s plans for a new development of co-living homes and an hotel have been approved by Exeter City Council.
The scheme replaces the outdated Harlequins Shopping Centre in the heart of the city with two new blocks comprising 251 co-living bedrooms and a 116-room hotel.
The plans also include a ‘pocket park’ and significant improvements to the urban environment for pedestrians and cyclists.
Work is planned to commence in early 2021.
