Curlew Capital has won a 2018 MSCI IPF UK Property Investment Award.
The award was achieved by their CST1 Fund for achieving the highest 3-year annualised return to December 2017 for an Unlisted Specialist Fund, delivering a 15.4% total return to November 2017, giving a relative outperformance of 5.8% compared with the benchmark.
This performance also meant the fund achieved the single highest annualised return out of all the 225 eligible UK Funds across all categories (Unlisted Specialist, Listed, Life, Segregated Pension & Unlisted Pooled Balanced Funds.
