Curlew has funded Alumno Group and HG Construction to deliver the Benedict's Gate PBSA development on Barn Road in Norwich.
The Benedicts Gate scheme will offer 302 ensuite and studio rooms for students, with communal kitchens and lounges. The landscaping around the development will provide a high quality of external amenity, addressing the need to provide vibrant and sustainable outdoor space, alongside other sustainable means of water storage and drainage. There will also be a new public car park to be run by the city council, which will assist with local businesses and ensure that St benedict’s remains a vibrant independent shopping destination.
