Curlew Capital is a privately owned, UK based Investment and Development Management business. We focus on Alternative Real Estate sectors, primarily UK Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).​

Founded in 2011, the company has raised and invested over £1bn through Indirect Funds and Direct Single Accounts across the UK and The Netherlands.

Curlew creates its PBSA investment assets through forward-funding arrangements and, increasingly, by direct development.  We are also actively investing in the BTR and co-living sectors.
